Fight Gone Bad workout. 3 Rounds for total reps, 1 minute per exercise, Rest 1 minute between Rounds. Hopefully next year I'll be able to break the 200 barrier. I would have this year but there were some Wall Ball's I had to discount because they didn't hit the 10 foot mark. Oh well.
