Dead Death

Today sucked, which made it a perfect day for the gym. Lots of aggression to get out. After 3 days of not working out last week I realize now how much I need to stretch this week. My body aches. All the more reason to never take more than 1 rest day at a time.

"Death by Power Clean"
Perform 1 Power Clean the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third, etc. until you can't complete a round. If you don't make it to the 15th minute, continue to perform 5 reps per round.
9 Full Rounds +6 Rounds of 5 (95lb)
