My legs finally felt good enough to do some Front Squats today. Decided to work on my 5 Reps. Then I threw in some Power Cleans just for good measure. For the metcon the Rx called for 225lb...or 40% 1RM. My 1RM is 305lb, so I should have used about 125lb. I used 135lb instead.
