Not real bruising mind you, but sore nonetheless. Today I attempted to get a new Deadlift 1RM...and I succeeded. I went up 5lb. My new 1RM is 305lb. I'll take it. I attempted 310lb twice and failed both times. I got it off the ground but I just couldn't lift it. It didn't necessarily feel heavy, I just felt like I didn't have the energy. Still like I said, at least I went up. Wall Ball. I hate you. Especially 150 of you. I'm slow at these and I would really like to work on getting faster at them.
