That's right, I'm ripped...and by that I mean I tore my right hand open doing 255lb Deadlifts. If you remember I tore my finger on my left hand open earlier in the week. Awesome. You know you're working hard when blood is drawn. Also the metcon posted on CF Durhams website called for 85% 1RM for Deadlifts. That's what I did and it was HEAVY. I found out afterward that everyone at CF actually only did 75% 1RM.
