Wendler Make-up and UltiCon

So Friday and Saturday I failed to workout which means I didn't do the Wendler 5-3-1 workouts. Decided to make those up today before Mike's UltiCon class. UltiCon sucked. I'm not sure it had anything to do with the Bench Press and Squats I did beforehand so I'll just say today was an off day. I was going to opt out of DU's and just do the singles equivalent but I was convinced to do Rx. You can't get better at something if you never do it.
