I actually feel like today I could have done at least one more rep at 185 for bench pres, however I didn't have a spotter and didn't want to risk it.I don't know what it was about this metcon but after the first 10 box jumps and burpees my knees felt tight. This only lasted a couple rounds though. Luckily I was able to finish under 10 minutes. I need to get quicker though.
