Hell is a 3 letter word...R-U-N

I'm not going to feel right for the rest of the day. Running always kicks my ass. Today was in no way an exception. I have nothing else to say.


Modified "Rankel" (AMRAP in 20 minutes)
6 Deadlift (150lb)
7 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings (52lb)
Run 200 meters
6 Rounds +17 (6 Deadlift, 7 Burpees, 4 KB Swings)
