Sunday Funday

Didn't work out Friday or Saturday.


Sunday Ultimate Conditioning (Mike's Class)
Today's workout was a team "battle". It was 3 people to a team. Not really sure who completed what quantities but here's the workout we did:
  • Run 900 meters
  • 75 Kb Swings (52lb)
  • 150 Ground to Overhead (75lb)
  • 300 Sit-ups
  • 450 Air Squats
  • Run 900 meters
My team finished in about 23 minutes.
