Sunday Ultimate Conditioning (Mike's Class)Today's workout was a team "battle". It was 3 people to a team. Not really sure who completed what quantities but here's the workout we did:
- Run 900 meters
- 75 Kb Swings (52lb)
- 150 Ground to Overhead (75lb)
- 300 Sit-ups
- 450 Air Squats
- Run 900 meters
